Sonia Idealised and managed from 2000 -2005 Afro Party Event in Collaboration with Hiroshima Mon Amour of Turin. An annual event which hosted African artists who exhibited their work in the field of music, dance, theatre, paintings, poems, fashion designs and fashion shows.

Conceptualised and managed the African Festival “Black Art” of Turin in 2002. An event which show-cased the African cultural heritage through artistic expressions such as: music, dance, theatre, work-shops, seminars, fashion shows, art exhibitions, and African cuisine. It hosted local, national and international artists from Africa such as: Gabin Dabirè (Burkina Faso), Awilo Longomba (Congo), Tropical Sound (Cape Verde), Ceddo (Senegal), Catherine Bat Nguele (Cameroon), Khadija Bove(Somalia), Gorà di Ndiombenne (Senegal), Kudoro Group (traditional dance from Angola), Belco Tourè (Mali), Ajim group (Traditional dance from Sao Tomé), Jamal Dos Santos (Top model from Sao Tomé and Portugal), etc.

Conceptualised and manage “Alma Passione Teatrale” (Alma theatre Passion) of Turin in collaboration with Gabriella Bordin and Enza Levaté. It is an annual event which hosts female artiste who produces monologues.

Since 1998 she has been collaborating with Intercultural Centre of the City of Turin by proposing and managing African events within the National event “identità e Differenza” organised by the City of Turin. The idea of the African Festival has been incorporated within this event.

She has worked and consulted for different organisations and Cities such as Alpignano, Torino, Chieri, Arezzo, Padova, and Genova as cultural event manager.

Since 2006 she has invited artists from West Africa such as: Seyi Solagbade, Oligbese, Righteous Man, Danfo Drivers, Zule Zu, etc. The aim is to stimulate and enlighten the social life of the Afro-Italians communities in Italy and Spain by providing them their favourite artists who recalls their memories back to their homeland by performing concerts.
